As a designer, creating a logo for an event like Queen City Pride 2022 was both challenging and exciting. For this particular event, the theme was "Come Out With Us!" which called for a logo that was bold and expressive. After some brainstorming, I came up with the idea of using fireworks in the progressive pride flag colors to represent the theme.
The design represents the beauty and the power that is manifested when someone makes the decision to express themselves and lead their most authentic life.
The finished product featured a dynamic firework explosion in the progressive pride flag colors, making it a memorable and meaningful logo that would resonate with the event that year.
I really loved the combination of the shiny gold with the deep colors of the enamel. Hopefully, you managed to get one that year!
